Pfingstkonferenz 2024

Dear saints,

We are pleased to announce that Gut Elim is available for accommodation for the DACH Spring Conference, taking place at the Maritim Hotel in Bad Wildungen on May 18-20, 2024. Camping or bringing a trailer to the property is also possible. More details, including fees, are provided below

General Information

  • All the conference meetings take place at the Maritim hotel. Transportation to and from Gut Elim is not provided.
  • Breakfast is provided for those who book a room or bed, other meals are not provided.
  • Please send requests to the email provided below by March 20, 2024.

 

Booking Rooms or Beds (including bunk beds)

  1. Availability is limited. Requests will be fulfilled on a first come first served basis.
  2. Booking is per individuals, families or small groups (under 8 people) only. Registration through the churches is unfortunately not possible.
  3. For more information on the available rooms and fees, please send an email to gutelim@elimsprings.de. At the moment, requests can only be received via email. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  4. Once you have sent an initial request, you will receive more information about pricing and how to book.
  5. Due to limited availability, not all requests can be fulfilled. If your request is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email. Your room is not reserved until payment is completed and you have received a confirmation email. We will notify you if your request cannot be fulfilled.

 

Camping or bringing a trailer

  1. There is some space for guests to bring a trailer. The cost is 25 EUR per night, per vehicle. Electricity and water is available.
  2. To request a space for a trailer send an email to gutelim@elimsprings.de. In your email, please tell us if you need a connection to electricity.
  3. The fee for camping is 15 EUR per tent, per night.
  4. No meals are provided for guests who are camping or bringing a trailer.
