Registration open, DACH Spring Conference 2024

Elim Springs e.V. and the churches in the German-speaking countries invite you to attend the DACH Spring Conference on May 18 – 20, 2024 in Bad Wildungen, Germany. We expect a rich feast and the Lord’s blessing in the fellowship and blending among all the saints attending. 

The first meeting will start on Saturday, May 18 at 13:00.
The last meeting will end on Monday, May 20 at 12:00.

Please read through the following information and register for the conference online. The registration deadline is May 5, 2024.

The conference meetings and the children’s meetings will be held at the Maritim Hotel in Bad Wildungen. You may begin to arrive at the conference venue and pick up your outline on Saturday May 18, 2024, starting from 10 am.

CONSUMPTION OF FOOD

The hotel does not allow outside food and drinks on site. Please do not consume your own food or drinks inside the hotel as we will be charged for this. Please consider buying a bottle of water from the hotel and re-using it during the weekend. You may use a personal drinking bottle during the meetings. While in the hotel, do not dispose of food that you have purchased at other places.

During the breaks between meetings the hotel will sell drinks and cakes. There is also a restaurant on site but Elim Springs does not have a special conference rate. We recommend buying and eating lunch off-site in the town centre nearby. There is a selection of restaurants within 5-10 minutes’ walk of the hotel.

ACCOMMODATION

Please arrange your own accommodation. If you have not already made a booking, please do so as soon as possible. Bad Wildungen is located in a resort area and hotel rooms are often booked up well in advance on a holiday weekend.

You can book directly at the Maritim hotel or use other sites like www.trivago.com, www.booking.com, www.hotels.com to book your accommodation in Bad Wildungen or a nearby village. Families can also consider renting a holiday home (Ferienwohnung) www.fewo-direkt.de/.
 

REGISTRATION

Each participant, including all children, must be registered. Adults must register individually. Children must be registered under one parent. Please note that you are not registered until you have made your payment.

The conference fee is 40,00€ (including 7% VAT) per person for those 18 years old and older. Children from 0 -17 years old must be registered; no fee applies. The registration fee does not include any meals or accommodation.
